Copa Creatures of Leisure Second contest date a Success February 23 2015

Last weekend, hundreds of surfers flocked to Playa Tamarindo in Guanacaste, Costa Rica to compete in the second contest of the  National Surfing Circuit. The waves conditions were mostly good, although a little challenging the second day for the finals with the wind picking up in the afternoon. Leilani McGonagle won the Junior Women's final as well as placing in both the Boys and Open Women's final. Jason Torres was the winner of Open Men, and Cassidy McClain of New Jersey was the surprise winner of the Open Women's category. Congratulations to all who participated, the fans, the Federación de Surf Costa Rica and the sponsors for another great contest.

La semana pasada, cientos de surfistas llegaron a Playa Tamarindo en Guanacaste, Costa Rica para competir en la segunda fecha del Circuito National de Surf. Las condiciones de las olas eran bastantes buenas, aunque habia mucho viento el Segundo dia durante los finales por la tarde. Leilani McGonagle ganó el final de Junior Women, además llegó a los finales de las categorias de Boys y Open Mujeres. Jason Torres fue el ganador de Open Men, y Cassidy McClain de New Jersy fue la ganadora de sorpresa en la categoria de Open Women. Felicidades a todos que participaron, tambien los aficionados, la Federación de Surf Costa Rica y los patrocinadores para otro torneo genial
